How can I place an order?
At Signatures by Sieracki, we make it easy for you to place an order. Simply navigate to the product you're interested in and click 'Add to Cart'. Once you've added all the items you want to your cart, click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

 

Payment and Shipping
We offer a variety of payment and shipping options to suit your needs. You can pay with all major credit cards and we ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Signatures by Sieracki Return/Exchange Policy

At Signatures by Sieracki, we are committed to providing high-quality writing instruments, shaving kits and personal accessories, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you need to return or exchange a product. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options and how to proceed.

  1. Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of the original date the item was received (when purchased from our website).

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • All sales are final at in person events/art shows as the customer has had the opportunity to inspect the item before purchase.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

 

  • Contact our customer service team at signaturesbysieracki@gmail.com to initiate the return or exchange process.

  • Provide your name, address, phone number and the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant details.

 

3. Return Shipping:

 

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.  If the item becomes lost or damaged in transit a refund will not be issued. 

4. Refunds:

 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.

  • Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

 

5. Exchanges:

 

  • If you are exchanging a product, the replacement item will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

 

  • If you receive a damaged or defective pen, please contact us immediately.

  • Send pictures of the damaged packaging and damaged pen.

  • We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items:

 

  • Customized or made to order merchandise is non-returnable.

 

8. Customer Satisfaction:

 

  • Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
